This update may be the most revolutionary update we’ve made to TCC yet—this update includes all the content you’ve been begging for, along with a bit more on the side!
After last update, we thought we needed to take user input into account a bit more since there were only a handful of suggestions approved and implemented. Well, that’s not enough.
We decided to give previously rejected suggestions a second chance!

Additions
Desert Temple Rework
- The desert temple has been fully reworked, and now includes much better loot, a better build, and even more traps
- It also includes lots more suspicious sand, with an improved archaeology system!
Stronghold Rework
- The stronghold now spawns at deepslate layer, and includes a palette of deepslate brick
- This one’s been asked for MANY times, so we made sure to take time to really finish and playtest it to ensure it has fun gameplay
Void Whales
- These glorious purple mobs roam the skies of the end
- Majestic beauties!
Infinity Pearl
- This variant of ender pearl can now be found in end cities very rarely
End Update
Skeletons with Axes
- 1/5th of all skeletons now spawn with axes
Runes
- You can now create a rune station, the recipe is unlocked by getting a diamond in your inventory.
- This allows you to put several new “runes” onto your equipment:
- Rune of Usage Size: Found in desert temples
- Rune of Air Jump: Dropped by void whales
- Rune of Body Heating: Bartered by Piglins
- Rune of Squidification: Found in ocean ruins and fished up
- There will be plenty of new runes coming in further updates, but these are a good start.
Complete Mod Port
- TCC has now been completely ported to a fabric mod by dragoncommands, who actually contributed to an update for once!
- There may be a few issues, but for the most part this version should work properly.
- If there are any problems, please report them by DMing dragoncommands directly on discord.

Mob Bosses
- More difficult mobs will occasionally spawn.
Cat Improvements
- You can now obtain cat ears, dropped by cats
- Cats will now use sand beneath them as litter if they’re sitting
More Fruits
- More fruits have now been added, including oranges dropped from oak trees in savannas, mango from jungle trees, and cherries from cherry trees
Obsidian Spears
- You can now craft obsidian spears using obsidian
- These are very effective throwable weapons, and can be stored in the new obsidian bundle
Illager Hats
- Illagers in badlands and savanna biomes now have new hats
Craftable Light Blocks
- Light blocks are now craftable
Dave
The Scrungle
- This golem-like mob is very cute, and is made by placing a shroomlight on top of two melon blocks.
- There is also an associated workbench, crafted using the below recipe. You can use the workbench to combined bucketed scrungles with fishing rods to get a scrungle on a stick.
- The scrungle on a stick is used to guide the scrungle around while you ride on it.
- The scrungle will also drop a new item, the dinglebop.
Miscellaneous Additions
- You now get a wholesome, helpful message in your chat every time you wake up from a bed in the morning
- Villager stew, crafted from villager souls, which is very useful when mining
- Chickens are now more lightning-resistant
Changes
Smoldering Seeker and Weeping Eye Rebalance
- The smoldering seeker and weeping eye have been somewhat nerfed
Soul Conductor Rework
- The soul conductor has now been properly integrated with the rail system
Therapy Training
- All TCC devs are now licensed therapists.

Miscellaneous Changes
- Boomerangs are now slightly more efficient at hitting enemies
- The paintbrush is now slightly better at coloring blocks
- The wrench does a bit more than rotate blocks now
- The locket of learning now gives back experience in a better way
- Buffed the golden chorus fruit heavily
- The compendium no longer spawns with you by default, as players may not like it. The recipe also now costs slightly more
- Snails are now slugs, as they are more environmentally friendly
- Improved the compendium font
- The gobblerift now has improved teleportation behavior
- Apple pies now include 3.141592653 times more pie
- Glow berries now make you glow
- Improved the pack.png and title image
- Overgrown now have slightly less textures
- Added more ambient music to the end
